It’s 2023 and we still care about G-Unit; that’s how big they once were.

G-Unit will go down as one of the most successful hip-hop groups of all time. Not only were they selling records when they were hot, but they were also selling shoes! Two of my favorite artists from the group are Tony Yayo and Lloyd Banks. Recently, the duo dropped a collaboration track called “Rocket Chamber.”

“Rocket Chamber” truly feels like a vintage G-Unit track. In it, both Lloyd Banks and Tony Yayo drop competitive, violent, and cocky lyrics over a beat that is on some cold-hearted street s**t. While the former hits us with outstanding wordplay, the latter kills ’em with pure rawness.
