NLE Choppa

After all of these years, can you believe that NLE Choppa is only 20 years old? (S**t, I thought he dropped this song because today was his 23rd birthday)

I’m so high on NLE Choppa right now, I can’t drive. After starting out his career sounding like NBA YoungBoy’s doppelganger, he has morphed into a versatile rapper that is capable of freaking any kind of beat. Today, Choppa decided to return to the music scene with “23,” a track that hits harder than a drink mixed with some bottom-shelf liquor.

In “23,” NLE Choppa raps about all of the changes that he has made since the new year arrived. To me, it sounds like he hasn’t changed much; he still talks about shooting folks, stiff-arming smelly women, and shopping at expensive stores in his verses. What I really enjoy about the song is how the dramatic, hard-hitting beat (Which was created by Tay Keith) blends with Choppa’s gritty deliveries.

Give “23” by NLE Choppa a shot below.
