Kelsie Kimberlin Hypnotizes With “Rooting For My Baby”

Rooting For My Baby

Kelsie Kimberlin

Kelsie Kimberlin’s first single of 2023 doesn’t disappoint at all.

Kelsie Kimberlin is a 22-year-old, up-and-coming singer that feels her music “is not only accessible and entertaining but also steeped with important social themes and dual meanings underscoring her deep understanding of the power of creative music to evoke changes.” Since 2020, Kimberlin has released a few critically-acclaimed singles, including “Bring Together” and “Masterpiece.” Her full music catalog is available on Spotify. Kelsie Kimberlin’s latest single is “Rooting For My Baby.”

In “Rooting For My Baby,” Kelsie Kimberlin talks about being the best support system for her partner when they are under pressure or not having the best day. The song, which is powered by an uptempo/upbeat instrumental that will provoke you to bring out your dancing shoes, boasts a vocal performance by Kelsie that feels just as hypnotizing as it feels nurturing and tender. She also toys with different melodies that highlight her ability to create tracks that are multi-layered and intricate. All in all, “Rooting For My Baby” moves the needle for me when it comes to feel-good alternative pop music.
