Quavo is rapping with a purpose these days.
If you told me that “WITHOUT YOU” by Quavo brought you to tears, I wouldn’t even be mad at you. The way he pours his heart out throughout the song gave me serious chills. Today, Quavo decided to return to the music scene with an upbeat single called “Greatness.”

In “Greatness,” Quavo raps about chasing greatness (What fantastic writing by me). He also pays homage to Offset and Takeoff. Though the song almost feels like an emotional award speech, sonically, it sounds pretty lively. Not only does it feature a festive beat that is full of exuberant horns, but you also get a performance out of Quavo that is joyful. All in all, I think this is a great follow-up to “WITHOUT YOU.”
I really hope Quavo has a major 2023. I feel for him.
