Boosie Badazz Calls On Jeezy & Kodak Black For A Remix To “Rocketman”

Rocketman

Boosie Badazz (Ft. Jeezy & Kodak Black)

Long live Takeoff.

If you’ve followed Boosie Badazz on social media for the past couple of years, you’ve probably gotten your recommended daily dose of laughter. Don’t sleep, though, he’s also making some pretty solid singles. One of Boosie’s singles that is going up is “Rocketman.” Today, a remix to the impactful record, which features Kodak Black and Jeezy, hit streaming services.

“Rocketman (Remix)” is a whopping seven minutes long. It’s all good, though, you’ll enjoy how Boosie, Jeezy, and Kodak Black get their s**t off in their respective verses. Throughout the song, which boasts this pacifying trap beat, the three rappers speak on both regular politics and hood politics in ways that feel raw and refreshingly emotional. In the process, they each manage to hit us with infectious melodies. All in all, “Rocketman (Remix)” is one of the most meaningful trap records you would hear this year.

I wouldn’t mind a Boosie Badazz, Jeezy, and Kodak Black collaboration album (Biden needs to make this happen)…
