Los Angeles-based artist, Danté, brings a new, vibrant feel to R&B music. With his signature upbeat, rhythmic beats and soothing vocals, he has solidified his spot in the genre.  Some of Danté’s most recent singles include “Stay With Me,” “Missed Calls,” and “Slide.” These, and more, are available on Spotify, YouTube, and SoundCloud. Danté’s latest single, “Pick Up The Phone,” is a great listen. The song also has an accompanying music video.

You’ll have “Pick Up The Phone” on repeat, mainly because of its infectious melody that feels both modern and nostalgic. Content-wise, the song calls out to that one who got away because Danté just wasn’t focusing on her. She called and was rejected too many times, and now, she won’t answer when he calls back. Overall, the best parts of this song are the production and vulnerable lyrics; They both combine to make a smooth modern masterpiece.
