Wiz Khalifa Returns With “Up The Ladder”

This track isn’t as family-friendly as Wiz’s last release…

Though Wiz Khalifa may no longer be the A-list rapper he once was, that hasn’t stopped him from dropping some of his best music in 2023. This year, the Pittsburgh native has blessed us with three projects and a few singles, including one that appeared in the Good Burger 2 soundtrack. Now, he’s back with a new single called “Up The Ladder.”

Unlike “No Fair” from the Good Burger 2 Soundtrack, “Up The Ladder” exudes a bold and assertive vibe. Fueled by a hard-hitting beat with glimmery elements, Wiz Khalifa employs a laidback rap and singing style to showcase his substantial wealth and collection of luxury items. He also delves into his rise to success and his talent for outshining the competition. I think the track is pretty chill, serving as a reminder of why Wiz is the kind of guy you’d want in your crew.
