Fivio Foreign & 41 “Get Deady (Offa Pill)”

Rating: 3.5 out of 5.

The title of this song made me feel very uncomfortable…

Fivio Foreign is currently one of my favorite artists. I don’t mention this often because he’s been involved in some random s**t lately. For example, in the past few months, I’ve heard him on an A.I. track, a Tiffany Haddish track, and a bootleg mixtape with poor audio quality. The good news is that Fivio has never stopped delivering solid verses. This past Friday, a new track with the Brooklyn rapper, “Get Deady (Offa Pill),” featuring the trio 41, was released on streaming services.

“Get Deady (Offa Pill)” is what I’d label as ass-kicking drill music. First and foremost, the track is propelled by this futuristic, electronic beat with a helluva tempo that syncs perfectly with the punching motion. Over it, Fivio Foreign, Kyle Ricch, Jenn Carter, and Tata deliver explosive verses that emphasize their readiness to fight, smash chicks, and indulge in pills. When all is said and done, I believe the song’s style will make it a fan favorite among club-goers.

This is one of Fivio Foreign's best singles in a while.
It may not be common to describe a Christmas-set, unrated, obscenely grotesque gore-fest as a feel-good movie, but Damien Leone’s Terrifier 3 is precisely that.
