Pooh Shiesty Drops “Federal Contraband 2”

Rating: 3 out of 5.

Who knew that Shiesty season would coincide with the holidays? While behind bars, Pooh Shiesty has dropped a sequel to his “Federal Contraband” track from 2021.

Having been absent for an extended period, Pooh Shiesty’s musical trajectory might be a bit hazy in our memories. Although “Federal Contraband 2” stands as his lone solo single this year, he made several guest appearances last year, notably on tracks like Jack Harlow’s “SUVs (Black On Black)” and BigWalkDog’s “Whole Lotta Ice.” Additionally, he treated fans to a deluxe version of his Shiesty Season album. This latest release serves as a quintessential representation of what Pooh Shiesty is all about.

Ever experienced a G rant? Well, that’s essentially what unfolds in “Federal Contraband 2.” Set against a pretty dramatic trap beat, Pooh Shiesty uses the song to assert his status as the hood’s Jay-Z, flaunt his luxurious tastes, and emphasize his readiness to confront his enemies head-on. While the raps may not be flashy and the audio quality leans toward the blurry side, the song’s primary allure lies in the opportunity to once again hear Pooh Shiesty speak his mind. There’s a certain satisfaction in reconnecting with his unfiltered expressions.

Pooh Shiesty is gutter as f**k.
