Bryson Tiller Drops Off “Guarantee” & “Work It Out”

Rating: 4 out of 5.

Tiller Tuesdays is f**king poppin! These past few weeks (Not every week), the Louisville singer has been gifting us new tracks via SoundCloud. What I like about what we’ve heard so far is that the songs showcase his versatility and willingness to step outside of the R&B box. For this installment of Tiller Tuesdays, Bryson hit us with two Jersey Club-inspired bangers.

In “Guarantee,” Bryson Tiller fiends for this woman (Who seems to be taken) so badly that he sounds ready to drink her bath water and kiss her ugly pinky toes. He also appears to only want her to get the goods from him moving forward. Bryson’s passionate vocals perfectly match the dramatic lyrics and incomplete-sounding Jersey Club beat that drives everything.

“Work It Out” has more of a smoother vibe than “Guarantee.” In the latter, we get this smooth Aaliyah sample from “Rock The Boat,” a Jersey Club beat with a slower pace, and very infectious vocals from Bryson Tiller. As for lyrically, Bryson speaks on his willingness to work things out between him and his partner in what seems like a toxic situation.

Out of all the drops Bryson has had in the past year, these two are my favorite. I really believe they showcase how versatile and skilled he is. Give both “Guarantee” and “Work It Out” a shot below.
