Central Cee Keeps It Real With Her In “I Will”

Rating: 4.5 out of 5.

I am so high on Central Cee that I think they should decriminalize his music. In all seriousness, the UK rapper has undeniable star quality in my eyes. He’s captured my attention with his compelling voice, effortless swagger, and keen musical sense. To kick off 2024, Central Cee has dropped a fresh new single titled “I Will.”

In “I Will,” Central Cee boldly asserts that one person’s misfortune can present an opportunity for another. Specifically, he expresses interest in spending time (and potentially more) with someone who may have experienced a series of unsuccessful relationships and nights out. His verses showcase a duality, oscillating between gentlemanly charm and unabashed boldness, capturing the complexity of modern romance.

I absolutely love how “I Will” sounds. It captivates with its gentle R&B beat, evoking a nostalgic feel reminiscent of ’90s R&B. Central Cee’s versatile vocals effortlessly transition between smooth harmonies on the chorus and a raw, gritty delivery on the verses. The song’s blend of soulful vibes and compelling vocals positions it as a potential commercial hit for Cee.

Is cuffing season over? When is “Nipples Showing” season?
