DaBaby Is Looking For His “WONDER WOMAN”

Rating: 2.5 out of 5.

DaBaby is staying active in the music scene, consistently releasing new tracks at a rapid pace. While recent releases haven’t generated the same buzz as his earlier work, DaBaby remains undeterred by the reception. On Friday, he made a comeback with a fresh single titled “WONDER WOMAN.”

While DaBaby has delivered some solid tracks in the past few months, “WONDER WOMAN” falls short for me. In the song, which features an intense, booming beat that aims to shake the ground, DaBaby raps about wanting to entertain freaks and being ready to blast his enemies when they start acting up. Though I think the chorus is catchy, I just feel like he sounds a little uninspired vocally. He must’ve made this s**t right after getting off a long flight.

Has time run out on DaBaby? Is his 15 minutes of fame over? Whatever the case, his next album has to hit harder than Jake Paul. Hopefully it has songs better than “WONDER WOMAN.”
