FaceCard Is Unapologetic In “IDGAD”

Rating: 4.5 out of 5.

FaceCard woke up feeling great.

I’ma keep it straight no chaser with you about FaceCard. To me, he just seems like a real one. In all his promo pictures, he looks focused as hell, and in his music, he doesn’t waste many bars. That makes him the most efficient rapper on planet earth. All jokes aside, FaceCard has delivered some pretty solid tracks, including “No Justice” and “Pay2 Play.” His latest single, “IDGAD,” might be my favorite by him.

I’m always game for a motivational banger. In “IDGAD,” FaceCard makes it clear that he doesn’t care if you like him or not; he’s always going to have confidence in the music he makes, faith in God, and a clear vision of where he’s going in life. He also boasts that he whoops feet like Terrance Crawford. What I love most about the track, which features this pleasant, uptempo beat, is how FaceCard primarily uses a gentle, unbothered tone throughout, getting more and more aggressive as the song progresses. As someone who also has hands and confidence in myself, this track resonated with me.

Give “IDGAD” by FaceCard a shot below.
