Don Toliver Recruits Charlie Wilson & Cash Cobain For “Attitude”

Rating: 4 out of 5.

“Attitude” should be on Don Toliver’s forthcoming album.

Don Toliver’s world must be spinning at full speed right now. Just a few months ago, he welcomed a new child with his girlfriend Kalis Uchis. Since then, he’s been actively rolling out new music in anticipation of his forthcoming album, now revealed as HARDSTONE PSYCHO. As a new father myself, I can imagine he’s probably operating on very little sleep. The good news is, despite that, he sounds as fresh as ever in his latest single, “Attitude.”

“Attitude” rides on a typical party-ready Cash Cobain beat. Don Toliver and Cash Cobain trade bars over it, touching on their reckless spending and upgraded lifestyles. Toliver’s signature sly, hypnotic vocals blend with Cobain’s computerized-sounding delivery, creating a dynamic combination. However, it’s Wilson’s old-school passion that adds a special touch to the track.

Give “Attitude” a shot below.
