Mariah Carey Hops On “Made For Me” By Muni Long

Rating: 4.5 out of 5.

This track was made for Mariah.

Muni Long could be one of the most underrated R&B singers currently in the game. Not only does she possess a fantastic voice, but she also crafts classic-sounding R&B tracks. One of her standout songs is “Made For Me,” which has gained significant attention, in part due to its numerous online versions. Today marks the release of a particularly noteworthy rendition: the “Made For Me” remix featuring Mariah Carey.

Would you prefer straight honesty or some gentle sugarcoating? Today, I’ll blend a bit of both. In Mariah Carey’s rendition of “Made For Me,” her passionate vocal delivery shines through, complemented by a rapid-paced singing style reminiscent of her work on The Emancipation of Mimi. However, there’s a slight quality issue in her vocals that comes across as somewhat tacky. Nevertheless, the essence of Mariah’s signature sound is unmistakable.
