I hate it when pollen gets in my eyes.

Boy bands may seem like a thing of the past, but when you’re simply good musicians, the setup of your band doesn’t matter. Only The Poets, a boy band from the UK consisting of Tommy Longhurst (Singer-songwriter), Andy ‘Roo’ Burge (bassist), Marcus Yates (drums), and Clem Cherry (guitarist), makes absolutely stunning music.

Recently, Only The Poets released an 8-track EP called One More Night. One of the standout tracks from it is “It’s Okay (Not To Be Okay).”

“It’s Okay (Not To Be Okay)” emphasizes the importance of having support on your journey to finding peace, love, and serenity. It also highlights the value of having someone who can lift you up when it feels like your world is crashing down.

“It’s Okay (Not To Be Okay)” is propelled by an emotional instrumental that grows increasingly uplifting as it progresses. Over it, Tommy Longhurst delivers a touching, intoxicating, and rejuvenating vocal performance that beautifully complements his heartwarming lyrics. All in all, if this track doesn’t move you, I don’t know what will.
