French has a knack for teaming up with emerging artists just as they’re gaining momentum, helping to boost their exposure and further establish his own presence in the industry. One notable example is his collaboration with Kodak Black on “Lockjaw,” which introduced many listeners to Kodak early in his career.

French Montana recently teamed up with Skilla Baby, an emerging Detroit rapper favored by Jack Harlow, for their track “Skyami.”
