This might be my favorite GABE XO track to date.
I personally believe GABE XO has ‘it.’ He crafts infectious melodies, speaks his truths, and has a knack for selecting beats that align perfectly with his style.
Though I’m a fan of several GABE XO tracks, such as “Tempted” and “FR,” I don’t think there’s one I like more than “Out The Dark.”
More Fire: GABE XO Proves He Can’t Be Swayed With “Tempted”
GABE XO opens up about his living situation in “Out the Dark.” Through his verses, he talks about popping pills, enduring unhealed scars, ignoring calls from family and friends, and finding silver linings in dying. To me, his words sound incredibly intimate.
Highly intoxicating melodies, passionate vocals, and a deeply touching beat complement GABE XO’s heartfelt words, making the track an all-around heartfelt experience.
They don’t make emotional hip-hop records this good anymore.
