NxWorries Recruits Earl Sweatshirt & Rae Khalil For “WalkOnBy”

Rating: 5 out of 5.

NxWorries might f**k around and drop the album of the year.

I genuinely believe NxWorries is bringing fresh vibes to the hip-hop world. Individually, Anderson .Paak and Knxwledge already create pure music. Together, they create pure music with a cherry on top.

NxWorries is set to release their first project in seven years, WhyLawd. The duo has already teased us with singles like “86 Sentra” and “From Here.” Their latest offering is “WalkOnBy,” featuring Earl Sweatshirt and Rae Khalil.

It’s sad, but shit happens sometimes
What’s harder, finding happiness or family ties?
In the loop, it be the beauty with the tragic behind
Nobody has a clue what we had to do to survive

Anderson .Paak in “WalkOnBy”

More Fire: NxWorries is Officially Back Back With “86Sentra”

I consider “WalkOnBy” a thought-provoking record about the struggles of success. In the track, Anderson .Paak and Earl Sweatshirt delve into the elation, jealousy, and guilt that accompany leveling up, especially from difficult beginnings. Anderson sets the tone with a tranquil vocal performance that perfectly aligns with the soothing production. Earl delivers a masterful verse filled with intricate wordplay and complex insights, while Rae Khalil adds a brief but emotionally charged verse. All in all, this is an outstanding collaboration.

Check out the fantastic “WalkOnBy” below.
