Don Toliver & SoFaygo Link Up For “Precision”

Rating: 3.5 out of 5.

Don Toliver is trying to win Man of the Year, isn’t he?

Don Toliver’s 2024 resume stacks up impressively alongside any other artist, including the likes of 69 God and Certified Boogeyman. Not only did he drop an exceptional album in Hardstone Psycho, but he also followed it up with a deluxe version featuring several more standout tracks. This new father is definitely on a roll.

Today, Don Toliver kept his streak alive with the release of a new single featuring SoFaygo titled “Precision.” While Toliver’s performance is sure to excite listeners, what might surprise them even more is that the song is produced by Lil Tecca, the young jit.

I’m not going to lie, I was initially drawn to this track because of Don Toliver, but I ended up incredibly impressed with SoFaygo’s performance. Throughout the song, Faygo shifts his flows like a madman and alters his voice like a cartoon voice actor juggling multiple characters. My only gripe is his comment about not shopping at Denny’s (F**k is wrong with Denny’s?). As for Don, I really appreciate his rebellious, carefree verse, characterized by a frenetic flow and edgy vocals. I also think Tecca blessed folks with a nice little trippy beat that should make n***as dance like they are having a seizure.

I like the other “Precision” a little better than this one…
