Who would’ve thought 4batz would be the one to keep Usher young?
Do you know what should have been a very interesting story this year? The rise of 4Batz (aka the dude y’all think is an industry plant). Unfortunately, his debut album, u made me a st4r, dropped the same day Drake and Kendrick’s beef reached a boiling point. Because of this, I have no clue how people feel about the project.
Fortunately, I listened to the album, and one track I enjoyed was “act iv: f*ckin u again (18+).” Usher must have liked it a lot, too, because he ended up jumping on the song’s remix.
I need to get this out of the way immediately: The vocals 4batz added to this song’s remix are awful. It sounds like he didn’t let the machine fully convert his voice into the altered effect he usually goes for. As for Usher, he delivers silky smooth vocals reminiscent of his My Way persona. Lyrically, you get the grown version of the Atlanta singer, who’s been busy stealing other men’s women at his freaky-ass Vegas shows. Seriously, he gets hella disrespectful, talking about making chicks that aren’t his famous, wet, and extra satisfied. Yo, this guy is really wild.
