Tye Beats & Veeze Are A Good Tandem In “Wocky Sinner”

Rating: 4 out of 5.

There’s nothing like wock on a hot summer day.

Tye Beats’ impact on the Detroit music scene has been significant. Over the years, the Detroit native has collaborated with major artists from the city, including BabyTron, Babyface Ray, Veeze, Baby Smoove, and more. Beyond Detroit, he’s also worked with prominent artists like Kodak Black, Luh Tyler, and 21 Savage.

One of Tye Beats’ major accomplishments was his contributions to Veeze’s classic Ganger album. Recently, the duo reunited for a new single called “Wocky Sinner.”

“Wocky Sinner” has been doing serious streaming numbers, and for good reason. First and foremost, I love the production. The track is driven by a booming beat with its fair share of pleasant elements. Over it, Veeze hits us with his usual raspy vocals, nonchalant tone, and tricky flow. Lyrically, he comes across as unapologetic about his balling, street-inspired ways, and, of course, his love for wockesha. Overall, the track flows well and probably has some good health benefits, contrary to popular belief.

Veeze is one of the best acquired-taste rappers out there. Check out his and Tye Beats’ “Wocky Sinner” below.
