Skilla Baby & 4Batz Link Up For “So Bad”

Rating: 4 out of 5.

Skilla Baby and 4Batz did their thing on this track.

Skilla Baby and 4Batz are now linked in hip-hop history. Earlier this year, both were part of the same XXL Freshman class, despite one already having a few years in the game (and let’s not even get into the confusing qualifications for making the XXL Freshman list). It’s possible they formed a connection while working on content for the magazine, and today, that bond has resulted in a new collaboration titled “So Bad.”

Before diving into Skilla Baby and 4Batz’s contributions to this track, I have to acknowledge the production—it’s incredible. “So Bad” features a dramatic, hard-hitting beat that feels high-profile and commanding. Fortunately, Skilla and 4Batz more than rise to the occasion. Skilla delivers a catchy hook and a gritty verse, while 4Batz hits us with smooth, slightly quirky vocals. Both artists talk about f*king with bad b*tches and dominating their competition. Overall, I rock with this track.

If 4Batz decides to do a feature run, he could quickly rise up the rankings.

It may not be common to describe a Christmas-set, unrated, obscenely grotesque gore-fest as a feel-good movie, but Damien Leone’s Terrifier 3 is precisely that.
Thankfully, Olivia Rodrigo was a good sport about it.
