Ok, I am a little confused now.
One of the most impactful decisions in the history of entertainment was Kendrick Lamar being announced as the Super Bowl halftime performer. First, having a rapper headline the show marked a significant milestone. Second, many felt that with the event taking place in New Orleans, the honor should have gone to Lil Wayne. Most notably, it seemingly suggested that the NFL was taking sides in the ongoing Drake vs. Kendrick Lamar rivalry. As it turns out, they weren’t.

This is fascinating news. In today’s climate, where it often feels like people are pushed to pick sides, I firmly believe you can appreciate two different perspectives. Maybe the NFL realized they misjudged the situation and decided to mend fences with Drake, especially given how intense his feud with Kendrick Lamar became. Ultimately, I think this move is a positive step—not just for Drake, but for the sake of civility and mutual respect.
Do you think the NFL is trying to make amends with Drake, or is this just a coincidence?
