One of the biggest surprises of the year is how quickly the drama between Cardi B and Offset seemed to fade away. When they first announced their divorce, it was all anyone could talk about. As someone who’s been through complicated relationships, it doesn’t shock me at all that these two are still texting each other. I also can’t say I’m surprised that Offset might want to meet up with her again—I mean, it’s Cardi B, the mother of his children. What does surprise me, though, is their willingness to let stuff like this end up on the internet. You’d think at some point, they’d want to keep things more private.
