Naomi Osaka & Cordae Break-Up

They’ll be alright in the long run.

There’s nothing quite like young love—it’s fresh, organic, and often appreciated even more because it might not last forever. Naomi Osaka and Cordae, who met in their early 20s, shared an exciting journey together, welcoming a child and making lasting memories. Today, however, the duo announced their split. In a heartfelt Instagram statement, Naomi confirmed their separation, emphasizing that there’s no bad blood between them.

Naomi is currently competing in the ASB Classic, with her most recent match played on Saturday, while Cordae recently released his latest album, The Crossroads. Though I think their relationship undoubtedly benefited both of them, their individual success and talent will keep them household names.

While they may want to distance themselves from one another, their child will always be a cherished bond. Perhaps this new chapter will allow them to focus more on their respective careers, as both have incredibly bright futures ahead.
