The Alchemist, Larry June & 2 Chainz Join Forces For “Bad Choices”

Rating: 4.5 out of 5.

Name me a trio cooler than this one?

We’ve been spoiled by both Larry June and The Alchemist. Over the past few months, these two musical powerhouses have graced us with a slew of singles, impressive projects, and absolutely impeccable vibes. Meanwhile, 2 Chainz has been keeping a low profile, only appearing on a handful of tracks. Today, they’ve all come together for a collaboration titled “Bad Choices,” and as expected, the vibes are unmatched.

First and foremost, credit must be given to The Alchemist for crafting a beat that’s soulful, dramatic, and cinematic—it’s a masterpiece. The great news is that both 2 Chainz and Larry June shine over it. 2 Chainz brings his signature cocky, punchline-heavy style, rapping about being self-made, his work ethic, and his impressive rise. On the other hand, Larry June delivers his extra laid-back style, rapping about the luxury items he’s rocking, the money he’s saving, and running things on a highly independent level. Their contrasting rap styles blend together seamlessly.

Put down all that brainless rap y’all are listening to and turn on some Larry June and 2 Chainz—you won’t regret it.
