LeBron James feels respect needs to be put on Chris Brown’s name.
LeBron James is one of those people who isn’t afraid to show love. He talks about football as if he truly believes he should have played it, and discusses politics with the understanding of the impact he has in his community. He’s also a big music fan, frequently paying tribute to the artists he listens to.
Last night, LeBron took to his X feed to pay homage to Chris Brown, calling the Virginia singer a GOAT, saying he’s “TOO DAMN GOOD,” and sharing numerous flower and salute emojis.

One thing you can either admire or despise is that LeBron doesn’t care about reading the room when it comes to paying homage to people. In the past, he’s praised Big Meech, the leader of BMF; Tory Lanez, who was convicted of shooting Megan Thee Stallion; and Kendrick Lamar, who absolutely slaughtered his ex-friend Drake in a rap battle. Now, with Chris Brown—who recently had a very unflattering documentary made about him—LeBron is paying homage at a time when many people might feel it’s unpopular. Fortunately, in the comments section, there were an overwhelming number of positive responses.
