Everything Travis Scott touches literally turns to gold.
2025 has already been a wild year for music. We’ve seen massive albums from Central Cee, Mac Miller, and The Weeknd, all dominating the charts. With so much music dropping, I initially thought Travis Scott’s latest single, “4×4,” might have been overlooked—but I was completely wrong.
Despite the competition, “4×4” is set to debut at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, selling over 150,000 units in its first week. Not only is this a massive achievement, but it’s also on track to earn the biggest U.S. physical sales for a single this decade.

Remember when Drake said Travis Scott is “really in the Big 3?” I’m starting to believe him. His impact is undeniable—just look at how his Days Before Rodeo re-release performed unbelievably well last year.
While I didn’t love “4×4” personally, I can’t deny that everything Travis touches turns to gold—and maybe that’s why I’m forced to respect it.
What do you think? Is Travis truly in the Big 3 now?
