Westside Gunn and Doechii Deliver a Fierce Remix of “EGYPT”

Rating: 5 out of 5.
Cover for EGYPT remix feat Doechii.

Westside Gunn and Doechii just dropped the remix to “EGYPT,” and it’s kinda insane.

The original track was already a certified banger, but this remix? It might just top it. It’s rare for a remix to outshine the OG, but Doechii absolutely did her thing here. It’s fierce, it’s slick, it’s everything I hoped for—times ten.

The track opens and closes with clips from a Doechii interview where she talks about her respect for Westside Gunn and reflects on feeling like an underdog in the industry. Honestly, I don’t know how that’s possible—because when she comes in spitting like she does on this remix, it’s clear she belongs at the top of the game.

Westside and Doechii’s chemistry is effortless, and their flows blend flawlessly. This track is pure fire—and yes, I will be running it back on repeat.
