SAINT KID’s “Kids Again” Is a Soul-Stirring Ode to Love, Loss, and Growing Up

Rating: 5 out of 5.

This is one of those beautifully haunting songs you have to listen to.

SAINT KID is easily one of the most promising young artists making music today. Not only is he barely legal, but he’s already mastered ambient textures, emotionally rich melodies, and deeply vulnerable lyrics. On top of that, he’s carving his name out as both a producer and songwriter—making him the full package.

Some of SAINT KID’s most impressive songs include “ON THE FENCE,” “GARDEN,” and now, his latest single, “Kids Again.”

It’s nearly impossible not to feel something when listening to this track. “Kids Again” is built around a stripped-down, piano-driven instrumental that allows SAINT KID’s vocals to shine with warmth and emotional depth. His delivery is touching and nurturing, adding layers of intimacy to a song already steeped in meaning.

Lyrically, the track explores growing up, sacrificing for love, and reflecting on past moments through a new lens. He recounts a heartbreakingly real situation where he wants to fight for a relationship, even when the other person believes the best move is to move on.

The chorus is absolutely captivating. SAINT KID’s vocals are raw and soul-stirring, and the entire vibe of the song feels like an emotional hug—gentle yet powerful.
