Cash Cobain’s “Sick N Tired” Tries to Close 2025 Strong

Cash Cobain looks like Top5’s cousin in the artwork for this track.

I hate to be this person, but I have to be honest with you and myself: Cash Cobain is so 2024. Not only did he release a project called PLAY CASH COBAIN that resonated with plenty last year, but he also collaborated with a bunch of major artists, including J. Cole, Big Sean, and more. That said, with the release of “Sick N Tired,” his second single of 2025, he looks to close the year strong.

The singing we get from Cash Cobain on this track is god-awful (there’s no other way to slice it). He sounds like someone with COVID trying to sing his symptoms away. What does he sing about? Being tired of having to deal with basic hoes and feeling mistreated. Though the song sounds simple as hell, with a beat that never fully gets going, there are moments that turn things up a few notches—like when you get that New Orleans bounce section, and OnlyHeaven delivers a wild-ass verse shouting out dudes from dangerous cities she wants to get entangled with. Overall, this song is meh.

We need more Cash Cobain collaborations—the ones where he plays the back, though.
