Logic Enters His “Sidequest” Era With Explosive New Single “BLEED”

Logic ditches the soul samples and boom-bap bars for something far more sinister on his latest track “BLEED.”

Lowkey, Logic fans have been eating this year. From his nostalgic boom-bap singles to Playboi Carti-inspired experiments and even a surprise collab with Juicy J on the passion project Live And In Color, he’s hit nearly every corner of the genre. Now, Logic turns the page once again with the release of “BLEED,” a bold new single from his upcoming album Sidequest.

“BLEED” finds Logic stepping into darker, heavier sonic territory—trading in his smooth introspection for aggressive bars and an ominous, almost cinematic beat. It’s a sharp pivot that showcases his versatility and willingness to explore uncomfortable creative spaces.

Though the shift in style may not resonate with every listener, the single is an intriguing look at the kind of boundary-pushing energy Logic is bringing into Sidequest. Whether it hits as hard as his past hits is up for debate, but one thing’s for sure: Logic isn’t playing it safe.
