I’ll believe it when I see it.
We might finally be getting Kanye’s BULLY album, which is currently slated for release on July 25th. A countdown for the project has gone live on Spotify, showing 13 tracks, including previously released songs like “PREACHER MAN,” “BEAUTY AND THE BEAST,” and “DAMN.” For fans, the mere appearance of the countdown on a major streaming platform feels more promising than most of Ye’s recent pump fakes.
Still, skepticism is warranted. Ye has a long history of last-minute delays and unfinished rollouts, making many wonder if BULLY will actually arrive on time. But unlike past chaotic launches, this Spotify presence feels more concrete. Whether or not it’s the final version remains to be seen.
Outside of music, Ye continues to generate headlines. His public support for Diddy, provocative public outings with wife Bianca Censori, and recent collaboration with King Combs have kept him in the cultural conversation. Meanwhile, musicians like Pusha T, Scott Storch, and 50 Cent have all recently referenced Ye, all critically.
Although Ye’s public approval is arguably at an all-time low, largely due to his past anti-Semitic remarks and polarizing behavior, BULLY could serve as a musical reset. Whether it changes any minds remains to be seen—but as always, the world will be watching.
Put your PTO in: July 25th, “BULLY” is coming.
