NBA YoungBoy Announces New Album “Make America Slime Again,” Dropping July 4th

July 4th is about to be hotter than fish grease.

NBA YoungBoy is ready to make some noise this Independence Day with the release of his newly announced album Make America Slime Again, dropping July 4th.

The Baton Rouge rapper—who’s been surprisingly low-key throughout most of 2025—took to social media to reveal the album’s title and release date, instantly igniting excitement among fans. The name Make America Slime Again is peak YoungBoy: part street slogan, part chaotic political parody, and entirely in line with his rebellious brand.

Although the official tracklist hasn’t been unveiled yet, fans can likely expect a full-length project featuring at least 15–16 songs, keeping with YoungBoy’s usual prolific output. His last effort, More Leaks, was a 20+ track mixtape-style drop that gave listeners a raw and unfiltered dose of his world. If Make America Slime Again follows suit, expect gritty street tales, raw emotion, and that signature YB unpredictability.

The July 4th release sets the stage for a competitive day in music. YoungBoy will be going head-to-head with Dreamville’s JID, who’s also set to drop his new project PRELUXE on the same day. Still, YoungBoy’s cult-like following and digital dominance make him a formidable force, even against industry heavyweights.

So, while you may not need to request PTO to hear this one, you might want to request some time away from your kids.
