Logic Channels Raw Emotion on Punchy New Single “Right To Be”

Rating: 4 out of 5.

Logic just dropped a new single.

Okay Logic, I see you! He just dropped his latest single, “Right To Be,” on July 25th—and out of all the side quests he’s taken recently, this might be my favorite. The track kicks off with the bold declaration: “I’m mad, I got a right to be,” and from that point on, it’s clear Logic is tapping into something a little more raw and honest this time around.

He’s still experimenting with sound—like he’s been doing a lot lately—but this one leans more into a rap-forward style, which feels refreshing. The production bumps a little harder than some of his other recent drops, but it still carries that quirky, genre-blending flair that makes Logic, well, Logic.

At just under two minutes, it’s short and to the point—but that doesn’t take away from its punch. The track feels personal, classic, and more grounded than some of his other recent ventures. If you’ve been missing that old-school Logic feel with a fresh twist, definitely give this one a listen. Check it out below.
