Ice Cube Announces New Album ‘Man Up’ Dropping This Friday

Ice Cube is gearing up to drop another album, proving once again that his legacy in hip-hop is still very much alive.

Ice Cube just announced his new album Man Up, set to arrive this Friday. The legendary rapper previewed the project with his latest single “BEFORE HIP HOP,” a nostalgic track that takes listeners back to a time before the culture exploded worldwide. In his words, the record isn’t just music—it’s a reminder of the roots and foundation that shaped generations.

What’s remarkable is that Man Up follows closely on the heels of Cube’s 2024 release Man Down. That project featured standout collaborations like “She’s Sanctified” with Snoop Dogg, E-40, and Too $hort, as well as “Let’s Get Money Together” with Cypress Hill’s B-Real. Guest appearances from Killer Mike, Busta Rhymes, Xzibit, and even comedian Mike Epps further cemented Cube’s reputation for delivering authentic and culture-driven hip-hop.

From his classic “It Was A Good Day” to his current streak of back-to-back albums, Ice Cube continues to prove that his artistry evolves without ever losing touch with his core message. With Man Up, fans can expect more powerful storytelling, raw lyricism, and Cube’s unwavering dedication to preserving the essence of rap.
