Young Thug isn’t slowing down anytime soon — the Atlanta icon just expanded his UY SCUTI universe with a deluxe version that feels like a whole new experience.
Young Thug has officially dropped UY SCUTI (Supernova Edition), adding seven new tracks to his already loaded project. The deluxe arrives fresh off the news that UY SCUTI cracked the top 10 on the Billboard 200, proving that Thugger’s loyal fanbase is still alive and thriving. The new additions give listeners more of Thug’s creative chaos — that unique blend of emotional trap, off-kilter melodies, and spontaneous energy that only he can pull off.
Among the new tracks, “By The Police” stands out as one of Thug’s most introspective songs in recent memory. Over a smooth, low-tempo beat, he trades his usual eccentricity for reflection, talking about the street codes he lives by and the people he’s lost. Then, just when you think he’s mellowing out, he flips the mood entirely with “Pussy Smell Like This,” a bass-heavy banger that brings back the flex-heavy, mischievous Thugger we know best.
“All Your Time” and “Safe” bring balance to the chaos. The former is a romantic trap ballad, with Thug leaning into his melodic side, singing about passion and luxury in equal measure. “Safe,” a previously released fan favorite, finds Thug in a more vulnerable state, pairing soulful production with reflective lyrics. “I Put A,” featuring Lil Keed, feels like a bittersweet reunion, with both rappers trading emotional verses over a mournful trap instrumental.
The project closes with “Rosetta Stone” and “Yes You Can,” two tracks that showcase Thug’s unpredictability in full force. “Rosetta Stone” leans into a country-like sound (because of course it does), while “Yes You Can,” now the most streamed track on the album with over 5 million plays, ends things on a chaotic, high-energy note. Did we need a deluxe? Probably not. But are we complaining? Not at all — because in the world of Young Thug, too much is never enough.
