It sounds like 6ix9ine wants to go to war with Young Thug.
6ix9ine has been popping back up lately, reminding everyone that his chaos era isn’t exactly over. After claiming he had to wrap up some label obligations and experimenting with Latin records, he’s now back to doing what made him infamous—yelling over wild beats and spitting pure aggression. His latest release, “FAX,” proves just that.
In “FAX,” 6ix9ine doubles down on his untouchable persona, standing firm on his snitching past and reminding everyone he can still go back to his hood. He also challenges rappers to squabble up, which will probably make most of y’all roll your eyes. The “itty bitty spider” line in the hook feels like a subliminal aimed at Young Thug, given the spider ties to Thug’s Slime Life branding.
The production is built for destruction—an explosive, bass-heavy beat that could light up any club if it were ever allowed in rotation. But let’s be real: nobody’s spinning 6ix9ine in the club, no matter how hard it knocks.
Still, there’s no denying it—6ix9ine sounds like his old self again. The question is, does anyone still care to listen?
