The Highest-Charting Hip-Hop Songs on the Billboard Hot 100 This Week (11/5/25)

Hip-hop is back in the Billboard Hot 100 spotlight with Megan Thee Stallion, NBA Youngboy, and Cardi B leading the charge.

Despite a slow year for rap on the charts, hip-hop is showing resilience as several artists make their mark on this week’s Billboard Hot 100. Leading the charge is Megan Thee Stallion, whose empowering single “LOVER GIRL” breaks into the Top 40 at #39, ending the brief drought of rap tracks in the region.

Not far behind, NBA Youngboy continues his chart consistency with “Shot Callin” at #48 and “What You Is” at #78, showcasing his loyal fanbase’s streaming power. BigXThaPlug also earns a major win with “Hell At Night” debuting at #52, while Gunna’s smooth “wgft” lands at #55, and Cardi B lights up the list with three songs — “Safe” (#56), “ErrTime” (#93), and “Outside” (#99).

Elsewhere, Metro Boomin’s “Take Me Thru Dere” hits #71, G Herbo’s gritty “Went Legit” climbs to #76, Trippie Redd‘s iconic “Wish” at #84, and Kid Cudi makes a nostalgic return to the Hot 100 with “Maui Wowie” sitting at #91.
