São Paulo Prosecutor Orders Police to Arrest Ye If He Promotes Nazism at Upcoming Concert

The São Paulo State Prosecutor’s Office has issued a warning that Ye and anyone involved with his upcoming concert could face arrest if he makes any statements perceived as promoting Nazism.

According to reports, the São Paulo State Prosecutor’s Office has directed police to arrest Ye and all concert personnel should he express or promote any pro-Nazi or anti-Semitic views during his performance. This move follows a string of past controversies tied to Ye’s public statements, which have sparked widespread condemnation worldwide.

The decision arrived only days after Ye publicly apologized for his past anti-Semitic remarks and met with Rabbi Yoshiyahu Yosef Pinto to express remorse and discuss his bipolar disorder diagnosis. During that meeting, Ye thanked the rabbi for allowing him the chance to make amends, stating, “I really just appreciate you embracing me with open arms and allowing me to make amends.”

Authorities in Brazil appear to be taking a zero-tolerance stance toward any form of hate speech, particularly given the country’s strict laws on the subject. With Ye’s upcoming concert drawing attention worldwide, all eyes are now on how he handles this moment.
