Check out this week’s top-selling hip-hop albums, featuring NF, Cardi B, Wale, and more.
TOP 5
5. Tyler, The Creator – CHROMAKOPIA — 19K

Tyler, The Creator was just crowned Apple’s Artist of the Year, and honestly, the honor makes perfect sense. While he dropped DON’T TAP THE GLASS this year, a lot of the momentum seems to be stemming from CHROMAKOPIA, which just got a deluxe edition. What’s wild is that the deluxe added only one new track — and fans still pushed the album back up the charts. Tyler’s fanbase is one of the strongest in the game, and this week proves it.
4. Drake – Take Care — 21K

Drake is experiencing the best streaming year of his entire career, and somehow Take Care is right back in the mix. Streams for Take Care and Views have been skyrocketing lately, likely fueled by the hype surrounding his anticipated ICEMAN project. People are either revisiting the classics or studying the blueprint — maybe both.
3. Wale – everything is a lot. — 22K (NEW)

Low-key, Wale’s everything is a lot. is one of my favorite albums of the year. It feels like the most ethical, grounded version of Wale we’ve had in years — no clout-chasing features, no wild experiments, no random Meek Mill verses. Just 18 chilled-out tracks full of introspection and sharp pen work over breezy production. It’s Wale in his purest form, and I love it.
2. Cardi B – AM I THE DRAMA? — 30K

Cardi B’s AM I THE DRAMA? continues to move units effortlessly. What makes this run so interesting is that Cardi has been mostly quiet since drop day — no major promo blasts, no big media circuit — yet the album keeps performing off pure momentum. Sometimes the best thing an artist can do is just sit back and let the music cook, and that’s exactly what’s happening here.
1. NF – FEAR — 74K (NEW)

Every time NF drops, I find myself wondering where he even came from — and apparently I’m not alone, because my guy Uchay literally made a whole video about that exact phenomenon. FEAR is a short EP soaked in emotion, blending splashes of hip-hop with sweeping, passionate singing. It plays more like a power-pop experience than a traditional rap release, but the impact is undeniable. While it’s not quite his highest first-week ever, pulling 74K in today’s climate is wildly impressive.
