A bold, tightly curated project that reveals Khern$’ next evolution.

TOP 5 TRACKS

5. Revival

Khern$ kicks ass in “Revival.”

“Revival” feels like the project’s centerpiece — a two-part journey through Khern$’ duality. The first half is dark, haunting, and confrontational, with the rapper throwing haymakers at the beat like he’s ready for war. The second half flips into something more regal and triumphant, allowing him to flex lyrical finesse and poise. It’s an anthem of resilience, ambition, and readiness for whatever smoke comes his way.

4. Turn Me Up

There’s just something extra hypnotic about this track.

From here, things get explosive. “Turn Me Up” rides one of the toughest beats on the project — action-packed, speaker-knocking, and built for a party. Even with a slightly laid-back delivery, Khern$ floats effortlessly, dropping slick flows and a hook made to echo through clubs. He’s turned up, tapped in, and unapologetically in his bag.

3. Character Development

Intros with a ton of heart >.

The opener, “Character Development,” sets the tone with dramatic, soulful production that immediately feels like a curtain rising. Over it, Khern$ sharpens his delivery, rapping with calculated intensity about staying grounded and pushing forward. It’s the kind of intro that feels like a mission statement — an invitation to understand the man behind the voice.

2. What You Got

The Scarface intro, paired with the dramatic production and steady, controlled flow, is absolutely chef’s kiss.

Even though it appears earlier in the tracklist, “What You Got” carries the energy of a perfect album closer. Dark, cinematic production sets the stage for Khern$ to glide between swagger, nonchalance, and playa elegance. It’s one of his strongest performances — tight, stylish, and effortlessly memorable.

1. Stay The Same

“Stay The Same” will go hard in any club in America.

With its bass-heavy, hook-friendly production, “Stay The Same” slots in as one of the project’s most infectious tracks. Khern$ uses a carefree, confident flow to talk his talk — women, wins, and wisdom from knowing the game inside out. His punchlines snap, but it’s the unbothered charisma that sells it.

OVERALL RATING

(69.2%)

Khern$ returns with a project that feels like both a statement and a stepping stone — a tightly curated body of work that highlights his evolving mastery of flow, energy, and self-mythology. Across the album’s fourteen tracks, he effortlessly bounces between menacing aggression, chilled-out playa charm, and introspective grit, all while showcasing his clear ear for production. Do I wish the album flowed a little better? Yes. Do I wish the rap styles carried a little more appeal? Yes also. However, if this project is meant to introduce who Khern$ is and where he’s headed, it does that and then some.
