The Atlanta rapper pairs confidence, grit, and chemistry in a single that demands attention.
I genuinely believe you can tell when an artist has next within the first two minutes of hearing their music. It’s instinctual. And after spending just a short amount of time with Kash Alexus, I’m already ready to invest serious stock.
The Atlanta native carries herself with unapologetic confidence and technical sharpness that immediately sets her apart from the noise. She doesn’t ask for attention — she commands it.
Her new single, “Moneyholic,” is the perfect introduction. The track is powered by a hard-hitting, menacing beat layered with eerie synths and undeniable Southern energy. It’s dark, focused, and built for someone who understands how to assert themselves over production rather than fight it. Kash floats over the beat with an unbothered yet competitive tone, rapping about conversations with money and how that tunnel vision blocks out whatever her haters have going on.
Joining her on the track is Money Marc, who slides in with a verse that complements the energy perfectly. He speaks on finding unconventional paths to success, matching Kash’s hunger without diluting her presence. Their chemistry feels natural, not forced, which only strengthens the song’s impact.
What makes “Moneyholic” stick is its punch. The chorus is catchy without feeling cheap, the verses hit with intent, and the energy stays consistent throughout. If this is where Kash Alexus is starting, it’ll be interesting to see just how far she’s willing to take it.
