Confidence, versatility, and replay-worthy vibes make NASCAR Wu’s latest single impossible to ignore.
NASCAR Wu’s drive has allowed him to see some early success as a rapper (Do you like what I did there?). One thing that stands out about him is his confidence. Over the few tracks I’ve heard by Wu, I’ve spotted someone who knows they belong, which is the first step in manifesting a long career. Something else that caught my attention is his versatility. He’s really down to dunk on whatever beat you throw at him. You have to respect that.
In his latest single, “Turbo,” my favorite by him so far, he combines two worlds: an emotional, almost The Kid LAROI-type sound that speaks to your soul, and bass-heavy trap production that turns s**t up. His punchy, slick, extra-cool style shines as he flows through verses about blocking distractions, navigating a rough come-up, and giving his all to people who probably don’t deserve it. I love the unapologetic chorus, the introspective bars, and the mixture of vibes this track delivers.
Overall, this is a track that’s so damn easy to replay… so replay it, dammit.
