Eminem’s “Without Me” Surpasses 3 Billion Streams on Spotify

Early 2000s rap still shines on modern platforms.

Eminem continues to dominate streaming platforms with “Without Me” now surpassing 3 billion streams on Spotify. The single, from his 2002 album The Eminem Show, combines humor, cultural references, and infectious production, making it one of the most iconic tracks of the early 2000s.

Although Eminem has multiple tracks with massive streaming numbers, including “Lose Yourself,” “Monster,” and “Mockingbird,” “Without Me” has become his first to surpass the 3 billion mark—a bit surprising given its playful, tongue-in-cheek style.

Eminem has long dominated streaming charts, even though much of his catalog isn’t built for clubs or repeat radio play (Seriously, when’s the last time you heard an Eminem track in the club?). Instead, listeners keep coming back for his bold, defiant lyrics and excellent rap mechanics, which speak volumes about his lasting influence.

Where does “Without Me” rank among Eminem’s catalog for you? Personally, it lands in my top five, probably behind “Lose Yourself,” “The Real Slim Shady,” “The Way I Am,” and “My Name Is.”
