5. 6IXER PARTY (Ft. BigXthaPlug, Yung Hood, Snoop Dogg, Ro$ama & Snoop Dogg)
It doesn’t get much more California than this. “6IXER PARTY” rides on a funky, sun-soaked beat that feels like pure West Coast cruising, and Snoop Dogg delivers a vintage verse that seals the vibe.
MurdaGang PB channels Nate Dogg on the hook with surprising accuracy, while Ro$ama and Yung Hood lean into that laid-back, stretched flow Snoop popularized. BigXThaPlug sounds right at home over the production, blending in naturally with the throwback aesthetic.
Lyrically, it’s all about women, weed, clean rides, and partying like it’s 1992 in Compton. The result is a track that feels both impressive and nostalgic in all the right ways.
4. 6WA
I rock with “6WA” for a few reasons. First off, the intro pays immediate homage to Eazy-E and N.W.A, setting the tone over a beat that feels straight out of dice games, bouncing Impalas, and cops creeping through rough neighborhoods. BigXThaPlug opens things up with a bossed-up verse, and everyone else follows suit, making it clear they’re all about hustling, violence, and zero respect for law enforcement. It’s a strong, no-nonsense way to kick off the project.
3. I GO (Ft. Ro$ama & MurdaGang PB)
Ro$ama delivers what feels like a 30-point triple-double on this mixtape, and arguably his best showing comes on “I GO.” Over one of the most Texas-sounding, hard-hitting beats on the project (The kind that would make Paul Wall tell you he’s similar to an ant), he goes all the way off, making it clear what he’s about: bold fashion, revenge energy, and nonstop flossing.
MurdaGang holds his own right beside him, delivering a punchy verse that fits the production like it was tailor-made. If there’s one suggestion for this track, though, it’s simple: find a way to get Sauce Walka on this. Even if it’s just ad-libs, his presence would take it to another level.
2. SAFE TO SAY (Ft. BigXthaPlug & Ro$ama)
I might be reaching, but I honestly think “Trap Queen” is the greatest hip-hop song ever (Who wants to debate me?). Second place? “It Was A Good Day” by Ice Cube. With that in mind, “SAFE TO SAY” clearly follows that same blueprint.
The track leans on a soulful foundation but pairs it with a hard-hitting beat that carries a strong Southern flavor, where every day feels lit af. BigXThaPlug and Ro$ama trade verses, delivering vivid, day-in-the-life storytelling. They walk through waking up stress-free, putting on clean fits, beating cases, dodging opps, stacking wins, and wrapping it all up with a celebration alongside their crew.
What makes the track stand out is its old-school influence, high-quality production, and detailed storytelling. It feels like a modern-day nod to a classic formula that still hits just as hard.
1. FROM THE BOTTOM
There’s nothing quite like hearing BigXthaPlug rap with urgency over hard-hitting, soulful production, and that’s exactly what “FROM THE BOTTOM” delivers. He comes across hungry (all puns intended), edgy, and highly competitive, firing off bars about his country-rap success while relentlessly stepping over the competition. If you’re new to his sound, this track is a perfect snapshot of what he does best.

(B-)
I’ll be completely real: I rock with how BigXthaPlug moves. When he first blew up, he leaned into gritty, old-school hip-hop production with relentless bars. Then he pivoted into a full-on country lane. Now, just to keep everyone guessing, he’s back with a West Coast-inspired collaboration tape. None of it feels forced. It feels calculated, confident, and honestly, just cool.
With 6WA, BigXthaPlug doubles down on his momentum by putting his 600 Entertainment roster front and center. Coming off the success of I Hope You’re Happy, he shifts focus toward building a movement, bringing in Ro$ama, Yung Hood, MurdaGang PB, KevanGotBandz, and KaineMusic for a unified statement. Across 14 tracks, the mixtape blends Texas roots with heavy West Coast influence, with appearances from Snoop Dogg and The D.O.C. helping bridge that regional gap.
One could easily argue that the production is the strongest element here. Throughout 6WA, there’s a smooth fusion of West Coast bounce and Southern grit that feels natural and well-executed. You get soulful moments, bass-heavy slappers, and nostalgic vibes that never feel outdated. It’s the kind of sound that almost any hip-hop fan can appreciate without overthinking it.
As for the rapping, it’s surprisingly strong across the board. Even if some of these names aren’t widely recognizable yet, everyone sounds like they belong. There’s hunger, energy, and a level of confidence that carries the entire project. BigX delivers his usual gritty, slightly muddied but competitive flow, but it’s the supporting cast that really stands out. Ro$ama, in particular, makes the most of his opportunity, rapping with pride, versatility, and real presence. In the end, what felt like a risky move turns into a cohesive, street-focused project that introduces 6WA as more than a tape. It feels like the start of something bigger.
