Loe Shimmy Capitalizes On Drake Feature With “Body Dangerous”

Rating: 3.5 out of 5.

Loe Shimmy might be this generation’s Trippie Redd…

To be completely honest with you, Loe Shimmy first showed up on my radar through Drake’s “I’m Spent,” which appears on one of his three albums, HABIBTI. His vocal approach definitely felt unusual, but anytime you’re on a Drake record, exposure is basically guaranteed.

Loe’s new single “Body Dangerous” keeps that same energy. The production leans into booming bass, tight trap drums, and smooth R&B undertones that give it a moody bounce. Loe Shimmy, hailing from Florida BTW, delivers a raw, emotional performance that feels both passionate and ratchet as hell at times. It’s the kind of track that doesn’t fully click right away, but grows on you with repeat listens… Of course, if you’re open-minded to some ratchet s**t.

Every R&B singer I listen to these days isn’t actually an R&B singer…
