Liam Payne – Strip That Down (Ft. Quavo) (Review & Stream)

Never in a million years would I think Quavo and Liam Payne from the discontinued One Direction group would make a song together.

This song has a little bit of a hip hop sound to it, with the DJ mustard heavy breathing and snapping fingers.

I don’t quite agree with Liam on this song, as something about his singing comes across as cheesy to me. When it is all said and done, it still has enough swag for me to enjoy.

I’ve stated in the past that I like Quavo on pop records, so it is only right that he is the rap feature for this track. He definitely makes the song better to me, giving it a more authentic feel.

It’s a halfway decent manufactured hip pop record.
