Kap G is my n—a! I think he sounds like a majority of the artists from today, but something about his style is a little more exciting. Well, the Atlanta-based rapper dropped an EP yesterday, and one of the songs on the EP is this dope cut called ‘Marvelous Day’.
The tone of this record is pretty chill, as each rapper sorta approaches the track with this hood joyfulness. While I think this could be a great song, I find it a bit hard to understand the words that each artist is saying on their verses. I feel like this track is the epitome of mumble rap, and Eminem and I don’t like it!
Since we are doing all these collaboration albums these days, how about a Kap G/Lil Uzi one?
